friday was swell.
me and jorge went to eat at a pho restaurant. only in LA will a latino be the one trying to convince me to eat vietnamese food.
i've moved to a new desk. it's in the middle of my department now. before this, my desk was an outlier, and me and the people around me usually kept to ourselves. now i'm in the belly of the beast, with people walking behind me all the time. i'm going to need to chill out on the facebooking.
i hustled down to sd to eat dinner at my house for my mom's birthday. it felt like the end of true lies. just our humble little family eating a homemade meal in the kitchen. my dad almost pissed in his pants from laughing so hard at our uncle benji impressions though. i don't think i've ever seen him laugh so hard in my life.
the rest of the weekend will be a noconathon. i love the fam and i love san diego.
