the weekend was very awesome, especially saturday.
katrina and i spent all day yesterday in downtown. we sat on The Bench from 500 Days of Summer, got in touch with our artsy side at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and ate at a trendy dessert spot, all in downtown LA. so many beautiful things to do in what i usually think is an ugly area of town.
one of the art pieces was a girl in the 70s who took a picture of herself every day and wrote down every single thing she did, with the time and everything. i was like man, this little girl was the O.T., Original Tweeter. (some of the pictures were in the nude, btw. i think that made it more artsier).
at night, i met up with my sd friends for brett's birthday at medieval times. i love that place. it's like a football game, WWE, renaissance fair, and pat & oscar's all in one. we had a good, surprisingly sober time rooting for our sucka ass wankster of a knight who couldn't even stick a joust through a ring while riding a horse. and any time you're forced to wear a paper crown on your head, it also guarantees good pictures.
i slept in today. went shopping with me fair lady katrina of arcadia. watched the oscars and ate dinner with gordon. and another week is here.
