It has begun.

first things first, congratulations to kuya pogz and jas on giving birth to two beautiful twin babies. welcome to the jungle, danica and damon. 

i was high as a kite once i found out. i was trying to fathom what kuya pogz was feeling like, with all that he's battled through and how badly he wanted to bring kids into this world. i'm so happy for him and jas. there isn't another couple in the world more deserving of this kind of joy.

it's going to be a banner year for the next generation of nocons. i'm tripping out because things will really never be the same.

i was in high school and college when ava and aidan were born, and i didn't have the privilege of spending much time with kuya jr. and ate audra during that time. with kuya jay and ate irma, i never spent as much time as i could've with them either. but for the past couple years, i've gotten used to hanging out with kuya pogz and kuya warren more often than ever. weddings, nocon edition practices, drink ups, charger games, vegas trips, clubbing, BBQ's, and did i mention drink ups?

this year they'll be dads. jas and dream will be moms. so will ninong nick and cheryl. it was easy to picture the oldest cousins as parents because i hadn't spent as much time with them. but for the new parents this year, i still take a second to step back and realize how different and amazing our memories will be now that newborns will be sharing in all our fun too.

can't forget about kuya jr. and ate audra's third baby together on the way too. it's gonna be a whole lot of babies cryin' and laughing and sepo sepo'ing and i can't wait!
