it's not much, but it helps.
ironically, it was my boss who made this cold-hearted but true observation:
"well, at least you have more leverage when negotiating with your next company."
my boss is a g. not much of a manager or the hardest worker in the bunch, but he keeps it real. i felt comfortable telling him i'm interviewing, and his response was along the lines of "good, get the F out of this place."
my boss hood, my boss do thangs that you wish your boss would.
what a great weekend. games at the park for jennie. ice cream and black guys boxing for wilma. and gallivanting around the 626 with katrina. doesn't get much better.
