apparently, i'm becoming a better speaker on the phone (for business purposes only; i'm a bore on personal calls, ask katrina).

after years of being terrified to answer office calls knowing co-workers can hear me stuttering and mumbling, and continuing to stubbornly hide behind the non-speaking benefit of email, i'm now a routine presenter on a few conference calls with clients. when given time to prepare and gather my testicular fortitude, i can spit out media statistics and our agency opinions like they're lyrics to tribe called quest songs. and i've been told i'm doing pretty aite.

next, i plan to conquer Socializing in Small Groups, and after that, Making Small Talk Last More Than 30 Seconds.
